Bloom: Blockchain Developer Program
Bloom is a blockchain and smart contract development program designed for and by women and genderqueer individuals. Our mission is to provide our participants with the levels of technical competency required to be prepared for full-time roles or contract work within crypto and web3 companies. We encourage individuals from all parts of the world and life experiences to apply. We highly encourage Black and indigenous people of color to apply. The 2021 program dates are August 14th to September 12th.

Program Tracks
We offer two technical tracks: Engineering and Architecture.
The Engineering track is for those with at least 1 year of programming experience. By the end of the program individuals on this track will have built a blockchain application to add to their portfolio and will be prepared for software engineering interviews at web3 companies.
The Architecture track is a fast-paced no-code experience designed for those with at least 1 year of professional work or academic research in any technical field. By the end of the program individuals on this track will have created a repository of work demonstrating their technical competency and will be prepared to interview for technical roles at web3 companies.
